Getting involved is simple.  Fill out the short form below, selecting the Pillar Clinical Research location closest to you.  We will be in touch shortly to ask a few questions and potentially set up a no-cost office consultation in order to see if you qualify for one of our enrolling studies.  Transportation can be provided for this visit if needed.  If you don’t qualify at this time, the contact information you submitted via our website or phone will be entered into our database and we will contact you in the future for a study that may be a better fit.  You can be removed from our contact list at any time by notifying us to do so.  Please scroll down to read some FAQs.  Don’t hesitate to call or email us.
